Europe’s largest motorsport trade show, Autosport International, concluded on 15 January 2012 at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre (NEC) following four successful days of business for the show’s exhibitors and trade visitors.

Key motorsport companies, decision makers, manufacturers and engineers are making their way to Birmingham for the opening of Autosport International, Europe’s largest motorsport trade show, at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) on 12-15 January 2012.

Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula One Team Principal Martin Whitmarsh will be sharing his unique insight into the motorsport industry at the Motorsport Safety Fund Watkins Lecture, which takes place within International Motorsport Business Week at Birmingham’s NEC on 13 January 2012.

Crowds gathered on the first day of the world’s greatest motorsport show, Autosport International, to see the high-profile unveiling of Lotus Renault GP’s black and gold Formula One livery. The team’s driver Vitaly Petrov and F1 legend Jean Alesi took the covers off at the show to reveal the 2011 Lotus Renault GP colours.
