05 January 2005

Jenson Button and the Lucky Strike BAR-Honda Formula One team will play a key role in a bold initiative taking place at the Autosport International Show which runs from 13-16 January at the NEC in Birmingham. The British driver will be speaking via satellite link to visitors to Autosport International, prior to a live link-up with the launch of the team’s new 2005 challenger, the BAR-Honda 007.

The new car will be unveiled at the Barcelona circuit in Spain at 11am (UK time) on Sunday 16 January and for the first time ever visitors to Autosport International will be able to watch all the action as it takes place. TV pictures of Jenson as, for the first time in public, he drives the car in which he hopes to take the 2005 World Championship title, will be beamed live to the crowds attending the show at the NEC.
