Formula Rally is for normally aspirated, front wheel drive, Group
A kit cars with a maximum engine capacity of 1600cc. Cars must be
made available at a ready-to-race cost not exceeding 10,000 Euros.
Drivers competing in the UK based Formula Rally will also be eligible
to take part in the six international rounds of the Super 1600 series
which runs alongside the WRC events in Spain, Greece, Finland, italy,
Corsica and Britain in 2001.
