FEATURED DRIVER - 24 year old Stefan Davis from Kent
will be the first of our featured drivers for 2004. A newcomer to the
sport, Stefans first full season of rallying was in last year's 205
1.6 Challenge and for 2004 he will be stepping up to the 1.9 Scholarship
